The "Anchor Away" pulley system is now set up, and will remain permanently on your anchor line.
The first thing to do is to insert your finger into the open end of the pulley, and push the line snubbing lever up, until the locking pawl engages.
Then thread your anchor rope through the device so that the line snubber is closest to the anchor
